Located in the beautiful nature of the Ammergau Alps on the outskirts of Oberammergau, await you our lush and modern holiday apartments.
Our facility consists of 2 holiday houses with a total of 8 holiday apartments, a garden and parking space.
A wide range of leisure activities are available in the immediate vicinity: The active arena on the Kolben mountain with a hiking paradise, alpine coaster, mountain adventure playground, and a climbing forest in the Summer. Also plenty of cross-country ski runs and several family-friendly ski areas to enjoy in the Winter.

TAKE A HOLIDAY WITH A GOOD CONSCIENCE
Environmental protection is important to us, which is why we pay attention to certain ecological aspects in both houses. The holiday house "oans" is an ecological building built with wood and insulation materials. A central allergy-friendly vacuum cleaner system is built into this building.
The holday house "zwoa" was renovated and thermally insulated after the acquisition. Also, mainly a lot of wood was used in the renovation.
The whole thing is supplemented by a rainwater utilization system, thermal solar and a photovoltaic system. All houses are heated with a central pellet wood heating system.
As our guest, you can also help with environmental protection. We offer the possibility and kindly ask that the garbage is disposed separately according to the usual recyclable materials. In order to avoid plastic bags, you´ll find bags for your shopping in all apartments. The supermarkets are nearby our houses, a lot of small shops you will find in the center of town..
If you want to travel in an environmental friendly way by public transport, you can use the train station or the next bus stop, which are less than a 5-minute walk away. We are happy to help you transporting your luggage over those last few metres.
For pollution-free mobility on site, we are happy to provide all our guests with bicycles free of charge. You can also borrow them for a ride. For a more sporty experience, there is a bike rental shop directly on the opposite side, which we´ll be happy to equip you with full-suspensions for an adventure in the nearby Bikepark Oberammergau.
For further excursions, Ammer- Loisach-GmbH operates an e-car sharing model in the Ammertal-valley. A vehicle rental is directly at the train station, less than a 5-minute walk away. Another city centre, approx. 10 minutes walk away. As we are partners of the Königscard, you as our guest can use one of those vehicles for 3 hours / stay and max. 60 km free of charge .
Furthermore, for you, as our guest, local public transport is free of charge thanks to the Königscard.
